Compensation plans can be very complicated and tedious, and this is why I dislike MLM companies.
You have two ways to make money with the Ruby Ribbon compensation plan and any MLM companies for that matter, via product sales and recruitment.
Your earnings grow with your rank with the Ruby Ribbon compensation plan.
The problem with direct sales companies is that it is structured to favor the company owners, the notable investors, and those at the top of the compensation plan.
I am sure you already know that only 0.3% of people who join MLM companies will not lose their money. That is a lot of people!
I will give you a summary and a link to get the full list of the Ruby Ribbon compensation plan’s complete breakdown.
You can make earnings of 40% on every one of your direct sales. To make more money, you have to recruit downlines because you will make money from every Ruby Ribbon product sold by your referral.
If you join and become Ruby Ribbon’s independent personal stylist, your earnings will be from 20% to 40% for every one of your direct sales. At the same time, you stand to earn a referral commission of 3%, i.e., on the sales made by each of your referrals.
If you work hard and move to the Ruby Ribbon Compensation plan’s leader rank, you will earn 40% of direct sales and enjoy referral commission up to your 4th level of downlines in the following percentage 6%, 3%, 2%, and 1%.

This company’s problem is the direct sales business model, which is not limited to Ruby Ribbon.
It affected all MLM companies across the world. It is always difficult for any distributor to make money.
They often have complicated compensation plans that are structure to favor the owners, the notable investors, and very few people at the top of the compensation ranks.
Therefore, if you join RubyRibbon MLM, you may not make money or even lose your money because over 99.7% of people join MLM companies.
