For me, my challenge with the MiniInTheBox has nothing to do with the delivery of my goods or fraud but that of contacting the customer service.
You cannot contact customer service except through you’re your order ID.
You can only contact customer service for any issue ONLY after you must have purchased your goods.
After the purchase, you will have an order ID. Just like the one in the picture below with long digit numbers.
You will have to click on that order ID before you can create any ticket for customer service.
It is the only key and route to complain or instruct the customer service about your goods.
